A Z 4 months agoThis plaza has various sculptures and signage to read more, and they have an fashioned mini clock tower.. There are some benches to sit on to rest. There's an accessible sidewalk that weaves through. They also have a small brochure area with some maps. Bummer though no restrooms or fountains. Not the most scenic area and a bit noisy from downtown traffic.
SBGORILLA 8 months agoThis plaza accomodated approximately 5000 people for the No Kings Rally on October 18, 2025. It's kept very clean There is a fountain in the center. It is in the center of courthouses, city hall and other state and federal buildings.
Yodaman Solo 7 years agoEl Presidio Park really isn’t really a ‘park’ in my mind but I would call it a ‘square’. Nevertheless it’s a very nice place to hang out and relax. I love the cacti and the historical monuments which are educational. Once they finish the renos for the old court house it will be even better. The Meet Yourself Festival which is held there annually is pretty cool too. 😊✌️👍
Lisa Chaga 3 years agoWhat a wonderful place! It is not far from the art museum and houses the Gem and Mineral Museum, along with the courtroom where the Earp gang was tried. It’s a step back in time, and a look into the future. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
H J Melnick 3 years agoLocated in the heart of downtown Tucson this a beautiful and educational spot to begin your tour of Tucson. There is the U of A gem and mineral showcase. The Tucson tourism bureau. An exhibit on the John Dillinger trial, located on the second floor. And a memorial to the tragic mass shooting on January 8th 2007. ADA access and bathrooms available, and a small food venue.
