This is a gorgeous park and a good decent size, you can get here through a walk path that goes under the freeway and above the metro train station behind dune apartments. The park has a tennis court and a kids playground and a good size field to play soccer. The park is between hills and can make a good walking path if you stay on the outside of the park. There are some hidden benches and a nice place to set out a blanket and relax. It is a good place to walk your dog.

This park is huge!!! The play area is good for kids of all ages. There is so much grass!! Everyone can play comfortably. Plenty, plenty of parking. It's a good place to come to read a book, with a friend, with your better half or as a family. I did not go in their bathrooms so can't really say what they look like.

Sunday, 22 March '26. SUNNY DAY. First-time here at the park with family of 6 and Granddaughter, 11 months old. She had a blast on swing set. Picnic table areas was nice with plenty of tree shade. Surrounding were safe and relaxing.

This has become our go to park to take the little one. Plenty of space, plenty of green areas and two large jungle gyms. The larger one seems to be for ages 5 and up, and the smaller 2 and up, at least that's what I deduced from the posted tags. A decent amount of families show up slightly after 11ish, at least that's what I've noticed so far. This day that I took these pics must have been just before the "rush" because it was fairly empty.

Smaller park in Virginia Country Club area of Long Beach (Very Tony area). Is on the side of a hill so the walk is more challenging than most parks here in Long Beach. Lots of large picnics, lots of outdoor weddings and friendly people. Dog friendly. Hosts weekly LB Municipal Band concerts in July early evenings on Wednesday. Playground equipment was just completely replaced and is state of the art
