I was there as a solo traveler to enjoy the vendors & hot air balloons at Labor Day liftoff! I met Charlie the cat as a pleasant surprise & so many well behaved dogs!

Great set up for the balloon launch! Parking was a bit dicey but so happy to see golf cart rides to the grounds. Plenty if space to roam around. Unfortunately the launch was canceled due to weather, however tgey did an excellent job getting everyone to safety.

Amazing park especially during the summer time. Sometimes they have food trucks here where you can grab a quick bite and some events are taken over here which are always fun to go to. The lake is big and vast and the ducks and geese that are there are straight up beautiful and hilarious.

This place i very big . I walk here from home on a walker and I am grateful. Most of the time I feel safe .

The space is generally well kept and there are plenty of community events that take place around the park. It's great for picnics, casual walks or more serious exercise. And, occasionally, you'll see an eagle.
