Large beautiful park with tall fall foliage trees, tennis courts, swing sets, walking/biking trails, creek.

The GPS brought us to this park from the Mesa Rd. side, but unfortunately the main bridge connecting both sides of the trail was closed. I didn't mind the extra walking at first and was still able to get across, but visitors should be aware that the closure adds a significant amount of walking time. If you're not prepared for a longer walk, this may not be the best place to visit right now. The garden and pool area on the other side were okay, but not particularly impressive. During my visit, there were several individuals in the area displaying erratic behavior and shouting, which made me feel uneasy and less comfortable exploring the park. Overall, it was an average experience with some nice scenery, but the bridge closure and atmosphere during my visit took away from the enjoyment.

Extremely well maintained, the park features wide paths for joggers, walkers and bikers, a pool in the summer, ponds full of wildlife, pickleball courts and a lush garden tended by volunteers. In fact, I can't think of a public park in Colorado that offers such a comprehensive range of resources. That this haven is located downtown makes it even more remarkable.

This is such a lovely park. There is pickle ball courts, a playground, a duck pond, hiking/biking trails, and a swimming pool for the summer time. The swimming pool has public swimming hours. The pool has a slide and diving board. Theres also picnic tables and areas to enjoy a nice little picnic in the park. There is also a beautiful little garden to walk through. Beautiful little park to walk around and enjoy.

Beautiful park with long paved sidewalks great for strollers. There is a nice sized playground as well with SAND. I hate parks with mulch that give my kid splinters when they fall. So it's a win win if you have kids who want to play in sand as well. Lots of shade and great for pictures.
