Rajeev Jha 4 months agoTwo years ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Centennial Olympic Park with my wife, and it remains one of our most cherished memories from our time in Atlanta. Situated in the heart of downtown, the park beautifully combines history, open space, and a calm atmosphere that allows you to pause and truly enjoy your surroundings. As we entered the park, we immediately felt its strong connection to the 1996 Olympic Games. There is a sense of pride and legacy in the air, knowing that this space was created to commemorate such a significant global event. The wide green lawns stretched out in every direction, perfectly maintained and inviting. The walking paths were ideal for a relaxed stroll, giving us the chance to slow down and appreciate each other’s company. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the famous Fountain of Rings. Watching the water jets rise and fall in synchronized patterns was mesmerizing. Children ran joyfully through the sprays of water, their laughter filling the air and adding life to the entire setting. It was heartwarming to see families creating memories, just like we were. We found a quiet bench and sat together, taking in the surrounding skyline. The tall buildings framed the park beautifully, creating a perfect balance between urban energy and peaceful greenery. Despite being in the middle of a busy city, the park felt calm, safe, and welcoming. It offered a refreshing escape from the noise and rush of downtown life. Our time at Centennial Olympic Park was simple yet deeply meaningful. There were no grand events or elaborate plans — just a peaceful afternoon filled with conversation, reflection, and shared smiles. Even today, when we look back on that visit, we remember not just the beauty of the park, but the quiet happiness we felt being there together.
Sherita a month agoI had so much fun hanging out downtown, Atlanta with my cousin and friends. We went to Margaritaville to have some drinks to celebrate her birthday and we decided to go to centennial park We also rode the sky view and I have such a great time.
John S 3 months agoWe loved visiting this park! Depends on the day and time you go there, it can be quite or crowded. An amazing view of surroundings at night. Coca-Cola museum and Atlanta Aquarium are located at one of the entrances to this park. Spring looks very beautiful in this park. The dancing fountain is fun. Great place for an outdoor relaxing.
Ram Ramakrishnan 6 months agoAn amazing retreat for families and friends. This park, which was part of the 1996 Olympics, offers plenty to enjoy and explore. The area is expansive and easily takes around 30 minutes or more to walk through, with lots of open spaces to relax and take in the surroundings. Its location near the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium makes it especially convenient, and together the entire area can easily be turned into a full day of entertainment and sightseeing.

I saw many tourists visiting and taking photos throughout the park. If you’re in Atlanta visiting the aquarium or other attractions, don’t forget to stop by this place. It’s definitely worth a visit!
