It was a nice walk to get there and there's a lot of benches for people to sit. It served as a nice walk after eating coming from chinatown and then to go back to get a sweet treat later once food has gone down a bit!! This is also where the water taxi drops you off/picks you up

Ping Tom park is a beautiful and quiet park with spectacular views of the skyline and virtually no crowd. There are two sides of the park once you enter. The south portion has a walking path and views of the river. The north side passes under the road and opens up to kayak rentals, grass, and more walking paths. The north side of the park has multiple sitting areas to enjoy the striking Chicago skyline. We love walking our dogs here and enjoying the sunset.

I took my family here for a walk during our trip to Chinatown, and the whole experience was very easy. The paths are kept in great condition, and the views of the river and the city skyline are excellent. Finding a spot to sit and watch the water was simple because the park is so well maintained. It was a smooth way to spend the afternoon without any stress.

Great park with beautiful views! We love stopping by Chinatown for some treats, then heading here for a relaxing walk. You can also catch a Water Taxi from this location. Just make sure to buy your ticket online in advance.

Beautiful park. Great city views. Playground was an A+. No bathrooms. (Closest one at leonard Louie field house; 8 min walk away) Water taxi can be picked up here.
