It was my first time here and let me just say….I loved it! I was up early and wanted to chase the sunrise and I’m glad I found this little gem. The view is breathtaking and the park is spacious. They even have a few exercise machines, a baseball field, and cute little benches scattered along the edge of the overlook. The brick work at the original front entrance is beautiful and the big white oak trees stand so tall and majestic as they look over their city. Also, there’s roosters a few feet down the hill that really sets off the whole sunrise experience. You gotta go check it out.

Beautiful and quiet. Super peaceful, just no public restrooms. Plenty of bushes tho. Stunning views of the k.c skylight

Clean and quiet with a great view. I only wish there had been a light in the park as there were many people around.

Observation park has one of the best views of the city while feeling so quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle of downtown. 10/10
