The Gathering Place is one of our favorite places to visit when we are in Tulsa. I absolutely love that I have been able to bring my child here and that he has had such an amazing park to grow up with. We have loved the age appropriate play areas. My favorite is just walking through the park grounds and admiring the landscape. Seeing the differnt gardens and flowers and trees. Every bit of this park was thought out with desire, purpose and intention. Overall, the Gathering Place will continue to be a family favorite for years to come and I will continue to reccomend it to any newcomer.

Too much to do and see in just a day! The 7 tower wood fort is the favorite for our ages 5-12. The water feature area is a close second. The more you walk the more you find. If you want water you have to work for it. The grounds are impeccable and the staff are friendly and happy. Truly the most amazing park!

If you’re visiting Tulsa, this is an absolute must-stop destination! The Gathering Place is truly amazing. I love bringing the kiddos here, going for a run, grabbing a coffee, and soaking in the beautiful views. One of our favorite things is feeding the koi fish — the kids absolutely love it! There’s endless fun for families, and every time we visit, we find something new to enjoy. I also love stopping by the café for a bite to eat and coffee, which is always great. I was honestly amazed when I first visited that parking and entry are completely free. You can easily spend the entire day here without ever feeling rushed. If you can’t see it all in one day, definitely come back! While the café items do cost extra, you’re welcome to bring your own snacks and set up a picnic, which makes it even better. Another thing I appreciate is how well everything is maintained. The staff and employees are always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help however they can. The giant bird slide and the musical instruments are definitely some of our family’s favorite attractions. There’s truly so much to see and do here — you will absolutely love it!

One of the best parks we’ve visited — and we’ll be back. The Gathering Place exceeded expectations on every level. The park is immaculately maintained, the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, and the sheer variety of activities keeps kids (and adults) engaged the entire visit. Slides, climbing structures, zip lines, tunnels — the layout is thoughtful and the mix of turf and sand play areas adds a nice dynamic for different ages. It’s a fantastic setup for families. Already planning to come back this summer to rent the canoes. Highly recommend making a day of it.

Coolest park we've been to in a long time! So many neat stations, truly something for everyone. There are beautiful trails to walk with well-kept greenery. So many things to climb on, kids of all ages will enjoy the area! We took an 8 and 4 year old and they both had a great time!
