The park itself is a nice place to visit. We went there during the new years eve to enjoy the fireworks, specially the one at the reunion tower. Depending on how far you're from the tower , the experience can vary. So try to get as close as the reunion tower as possible. Parking is horrible. We parked our car far away at a free parking, which actually charged us $30.00. Anyways, people who arrived early, were able to park on the roadsides. We sat on the slope, and the view of the park itself was nice. There were many independent fireworks taking place, which were enjoyable as well.

Very scenic spot to see Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge and the city skyline during sunset. Parking is limited, but free for a time limit. You can get some good exercise walking around the walkway. FYI there are no nearby restrooms.

The view is inspiring with open space and skyscrapers in a distance. The location is between two major bridges and there are bike paths and jogging track along Trinity River. Limited parking is available. Be watchful for the unexpected turn from the major road.

Great entrance and view of a very significant portion of the Trinity River. Perfect for walking, running and biking.
