Margaret Jachym 2 weeks agoFree to park and free to visit. Easy walking trails/paths so sneakers are fine. For 1st time, I recommend using free, all trails app, map if you want to do the loop. I saw many people fishing and walking dogs. This is a kid friendly venue.
Mind Set On Travel 4 months agoWhat a great hidden gem of a hiking trail near Virginia Beach. A nice walking trail with bathrooms, parking available. Nice quiet walking away from busy city streets. Dogs welcome and even kayak rentals. Such a great way to explore the water after taking in a hike.
Kyle The Waterfall Guy 7 months agoNice place. They have a tiny trail that goes by a few overlooks of the lakes. Plenty of places to fish. There’s also a boat launch and a playground for kids. I also really like the cypress trees
Robin Taylor 4 months agoBeautiful park & trails. Not too big but pretty. No bathrooms or water except by main parking lot. Has kayak launch. Peaceful & quiet not many people.
