Playground review: Nice playground for toddlers that’s luckily fenced off. Kinder section open. Off leash dogs were running through kinder section and barking at kids and trying to herd them. It’s not an off leash park. Other than that it’s a good playground with nice padded bottom. Slide is good. Equipment is good. Bathroom on premise but was trashed and sus.big beautiful trees with beautiful scenic backdrop.

Awesome space., even with the few tent homes! Very nice. Quiet, except for the beautiful sounds of children at play. Located right across from Lake Merritt. The playground is well equipped and the restrooms were open. Nice for walking pets. There also was dance lessons 😃

Decent park with grassy area, benches, playground, and all gender restroom. There were some homeless people camping in tents when I went and the grass looked like it could use some maintenance. The restroom isn't anybody's idea of clean, but it was functional. The grass is a great place to sit on a warm day.

Clean and well-maintained Park, close to lake Merritt and the more urban area near Grand avenue. Noticeable homeless presence, although not necessarily interacting with the children's area, but you will see some activity for parents to keep an eye on. There are tents at the edges of the park. Paid parking on the street. Bathroom available.

Great little park in the heart of Oakland with plenty of space for hanging out with friends or enjoying the nearby water. They have public bathrooms, a small playground, large fields, picnic tables and benches, and trash cans. It felt very safe at this park in the middle of the day on a Saturday.
