Yes, there are picnic tables that are covered right. By the playground 3 of them and on the south and on the north end of the park, you have picnic ventures, but also handicapped benches. The restrooms here are vault toilet. You have one far further stat, you can get from the playground on the north end of the field. And on the East side of the field, the playground is wood, shipped with a lot of new modern play. Equipment, it is the best play equipment. I've seen in all of Albuquerque there are zip lines, and there is a handicapped zip line. There is a separate sand garden full of sand plants and shade trees. They're young, so they don't shade quite yet. But if your child likes sensory, play the sand there is nice and smooth with boulders and logs and just different textures to explore handicapped friendly. There are ramps that lead you down. And in it has a huge vast field, with a paved trail that takes you all the way around this big park. I thought this park was amazing, but the playground does not have any shade.

It.s a great park... openess, awesome views of the Sandia mountains⛰️, super cool playground and large enclose dog parks. The wide area allows for a walking area...scenic and sooth accompanied by the sound of passing traffic. ASMR 😌😏🥰 Also has coverage tables for picnic... win, win. 👍

A very beautiful park that has things for all children ages 2 to 12. Seems like most of the children love the zip line. There will be a wait for your child to use it but I guarantee they will love it. Can hold a lot of weight, I’m a grown big kid, 6 foot, 275 pounds and it was able to hold my weight easily as well as my children. The park sits next to a massive field that has a multitude of soccer goal posts. This place is a sight to behold, especially during the annual hot air balloon festival where it serves as a landing spot for the hot air balloons. I believe during that time of year, they put Porta potties out but I haven’t seen a bathroom (it could be on the other side, remember the space is massive). Not only are some of the views breathtaking (like the mountains in the background) but so is the sun set and the moon. I think I came during a super moon. The only downsides to the park are, no bathroom, no lights (when it gets dark, it gets dark, and the playground is filled with wood chips. When it’s windy, dust will fly. Other than that, it’s a fun, safe place to be. You’ll definitely enjoy.

I really like this Park during the week. I like to walk around the park and get exercise. There are plenty of places where if you get tired you can sit. Plus they just added a new natural environment area that's pretty cool. It has a dog park and two bathrooms that are kept generally pretty clean.

Beautiful hidden park lots fun for the whole family, lots of parking space and picnic areas .only issue theirs Porta potty across play ground it's like 150 yards away
