And incredible ppark with incredible views!! This park is exceptionally easy to traverse. To get from top to bottom can be as quick as 15 minutes if youre taking your time. Its well paved and well worth it for literally anyone. Old, young, fit and unfit can all enjoy this park to the max. Their are even benches to sit at, all across the path.

Great walking trails, pretty birds, and nice history! ​We really enjoyed our visit to Comanche Lookout. The walking trails are very nice, maintained, and peaceful. If you enjoy birdwatching, there are plenty of pretty birds to see along the way. Watch out for some dog crap on the trail. People are not cleaning up after there pets.The old stone lookout tower at the top is still standing and really neat to look at, though we were a little disappointed to find that it is completely fenced off so you cannot actually enter it. Still, it’s a beautiful, relaxing spot for a walk and some fresh air

I absolutely love Comanche Lookout Park in San Antonio. The hidden side trails make it fun to explore, the views from the top are some of the best on the Northeast Side, and the history adds so much character. Cool park, but the tower at the top of the hill should be open so visitors can enjoy the view.

Very well-marked trails, great for spotting birds and deer. I have been up here in all kinds of weather, and it is so peaceful. There is a scenic overlook, and the option of taking paved trails or the more challenging ones. Semmes Library is located here, too, and there is a playground for small children. A true gem in San Antonio!
