Fun place for all. Splash pad, huge chess and checker boards. Ropes courses, playgrounds, lots of seating and shade. Plenty of nearby restaurants to eat at and to pick up to go drinks.

Is a lively and family-friendly space designed for relaxed enjoyment. The plan practically creates itself. There are creative play areas, green spaces to unwind, and an atmosphere that feels active but still comfortable. It’s especially great for families, since kids can move around and explore while adults relax nearby. It also works well for meeting friends, taking a casual walk, or simply sitting in the sun. More than a traditional garden, it’s an open and vibrant gathering spot, perfect for spending time together outdoors.

Beautiful scenery, tons of shade on the play areas for the kids. Bathrooms are close by n there's also a splash pad to cool down. They have a butterfly garden area and nice sculptures throughout the park. The have jumbo connect 4, ping pong, chess,jumbo checkers, foosball and a sandpit too.

Yanaguana Garden is one of San Antonio’s best hidden gems for families! It’s colorful, creative, and packed with fun for kids of all ages. My kids absolutely love the water pump area—it’s the perfect way to cool off on a hot day—and the sand play zone keeps them entertained for hours. The whole space is beautifully designed, with climbing structures, swings, and plenty of open space to run around. It’s clean, safe, and always filled with laughter and new friends. Plus, there are plenty of seating areas and nearby cafes for parents to relax while the kids play. It’s become one of our favorite weekend spots. Highly recommend for a fun-filled family outing!

My kid really enjoyed the splash pads and waiting pool area and the playground. I can't stress how much shade they're really was considering it was a warm day. There were a few homeless people hanging out early in the morning, but they weren't bothering anyone. Just lounging in the shade. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
