It’s really more of a square with grass than a park, but nice green space. They have a planter in the middle and a small fenced in area where you can let dogs off leash. It’s not exactly a destination though.

I love this park. No kings protest and many others are held here. It's a nice little park in the middle of downtown has water fountains available and benches to sit. Usually safe except for the abusive and rude cops. The bike police are especially rude and abusive. Avoid SAPD and especially VIA transit police in San Antonio. They are extremely abusive and violate rights at will.

It was a great and fun experience being at Travis park during this Christmas season. There was a concert with The Spazmatics which are a great band playing 80's music. The Ice Skating Rink is wonderful. There is a nice Christmas tree, photo with Santa and food vendors. It is a fun place to spend your holidays with the whole family.

Very nice park that conveniently located in-between st Mary's Church and St Anthony's hotel. It's also caddie corner to a convenient store called Snax for a quick trip for drinks/snacks for the family.
