Beautiful park. Really the entire trail along the water here is nice. We went end of June and the weather and flowers were gorgeous. Lots of places to stop and rest and people watch or enjoy the views. Download the Lime app if you want to ride one of the electric scooter’s or bikes on the dedicated lanes. It was a lot of fun.

Centennial Park is essentially the northern extension of Myrtle Edwards Park, and they blend right into each other. This section feels a bit more rugged and less polished, with the huge grain terminal at one end serving as a dramatic industrial backdrop. The views of the water and mountains are just as good, and it's often much quieter and less crowded than the stretch closer to downtown. It's a great spot for a peaceful walk with a unique mix of nature and industry.

The 2026 revisions have made this a must visit park in Seattle. I use this park multiple times a week to commute, but it's great for a leisurely stroll as well. There's a great view of Rainier on the Nothern end.

Absolutely lovely park for a walk by the water with an epic view of Rainier on one side and mountains on the other side. This has trails that are dog and bike friendly. There are benches along the trail to sit and soak the beauty of the surrondings. There is a beach on the trail if you would like to get into water. Probably a nice place to swim as well. It's a great sunset spot. One of the best places for an evening stroll to watch a sunset.
