Great place to walk by the water. Very dog-friendly, with plenty of places to sit and lots to see along the way. The waterfront views and the Ferris wheel were stunning. There's also an aquarium nearby, and it's within walking distance of Pike Place Market. We visited on a Sunday and had a hard time finding free street parking, so we used a paid parking garage about a 10mins walk away.

Waterfront Park is one of the most famous and beautiful areas in Seattle — definitely a must-see. The view of the Seattle Great Wheel right by the water makes it a very iconic spot, perfect for photos. The whole area is lively and full of restaurants, pubs, and places to relax. It’s a great place to walk, enjoy the atmosphere, and experience one of the most well-known parts of the city. Highly recommended!

Waterfront Park is one of the nicest areas to walk and take in Seattle. With views of Elliott Bay, ferries passing by, and a relaxed atmosphere, it’s easy to spend time here without feeling rushed. It connects naturally with Pike Place Market, making it a great part of a short visit to the city. If you only have a few hours in Seattle, this area offers a great mix of scenery, fresh air, and local energy all in one place.

Love what they have done with the place. Night and day compared to pre-covid. Also - the bike path is SO NICE. If you're visiting from out of town: you can use the elevator at the aquarium to quickly get up to Pike Place Market, or the busses about half a mile south near the port that'll get you up the big hill.

Beautiful Views. Great place to walk in the afternoon and in the evening. You'll find a lot of interesting places and stores at the piers (for Nirvana fans, there Is the Pier 58, where the band performed the "Live and Loud" concert).
