Always a summer time favorite for my family! Can spend the day here and not get bored. There's a huge sandbox area, water slides and an area for smaller children to play in the water!

Just a short walk from Wauwatosa village, Hoyt park boasts sprawling green spaces, picnic areas, multi-use paths and trails, and a beer garden just across the bridge where you can enjoy refreshments and live music. A great spot to spend an afternoon. Enjoy the sunshine in one of the many open spaces or find a relaxing shady spot by the river - there’s something everyone can enjoy here. Dog and kid friendly. There is ample street parking available, but there is also a parking lot just across the river off of swan blvd by the beer garden if that is more your style.

Beautiful park with lots of room to roam. Trails and grounds are well maintained. I visit regularly and love the beer garden.

Awesome park. There's a playground, pool and waterpark, picnic areas, concession stand and a beer garden. We went there for the beautiful wooded walking trail next to the water. Definitely a new favorite park!
