Beautiful park for walking a nice loop trail through a varied landscape of trees and open meadow. Nice playground, picnic benches and a large shelter. Water fountain and restrooms are available.

Simple but very well developed and designed for safety and enjoyment in the middle of single family home development. Nice open airy free of debris walking paths. Adequate parking not too much not too little. Sort of off the beaten path where possibly only the locals know so it's not extremely busy but very comfortable if you want to get away from the crowds only sit back is you can hear the beltline the sound wall is not high enough.

Such a beautiful park! Love the views and the fact that you can connect to the Crabtree, Neuse River and Walnut Creek Trails.

Loved the Neuse River Trail! The weather was perfect for a ride. It was nice to have rest rooms available at the park. We had a great time!

Peaceful park at the confluence of the Neuse River and Walnut Creek. The trails are shaded and scenic, perfect for a quiet hike. Great for birdwatching and nature photography. The canoe/kayak launch is convenient for getting on the Neuse. Picnic shelters are nice for family gatherings. Not as crowded as the more popular Raleigh parks which is part of its charm. A real hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts.
