Very nice park. Perfect for photos. Met a photographer there for family photos. The area is well maintained and it's a nice local hidden gem! Beautiful houses surround the park which is an amazing view. There is a nice historical plaque to read about the area which is very nice as well.

There are a couple dirt paths down to the water. It is a beautiful quite spot. However its sad how people can ruin these parks. There was trash,clothes, fishing line,hooks and glass everywhere. Definitely do not walk barefoot. Please just clean up after yourselves and leave these parks better than you found them.

Nice, small park with some paths, dog friendly, 2 small parking areas, picnic tables, very pretty man-made falls that are great photo backdrops and just nice to listen to and enjoy.

Lassiter Mill Park is a charming spot that offers a quaint and serene escape. There is a small but picturesque waterfall, which provides a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing visit. Also note there is minimalist parking in the area, During our visit, we noticed a few small groups enjoying some fishing while others took leisurely strolls along the nearby walking trails. The park's compact size adds to its charm, making it a perfect spot for a short, peaceful outing. I kindly ask all visitors to pick up any plastic bottles or litter they come across. This small act can help keep Lassiter Mill Park pristine and enjoyable for all.

Absolutely beautiful! What a lovely hidden gem. For those that live close I’m sure it’s old news. But for those traveling or just wanting to enjoy nature this is a great setting to just see & enjoy nature. Parking is close by, it’s not a long walk. Just wear good shoes that you don’t mind getting dusty or possibly muddy. The sound of the water is so tranquil. It looks a little murky but hey that’s fine we know we’re not on the Atlantic. If you haven’t seen it yet then you should.
